You must have the legal capacity to use digital-asset services and must comply with the laws, restrictions, tax rules, and regulatory requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.

Jonanda content is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset.

Digital assets and blockchain services involve substantial risks, including price volatility, smart-contract vulnerabilities, network disruption, regulatory change, liquidity limitations, and possible total loss. You are responsible for your own research and decisions.

You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, seed phrase, passwords, connected devices, and account access. Jonanda will never request your seed phrase or private key and cannot recover assets lost through compromised credentials.

You may not use Jonanda for fraud, market manipulation, unauthorized access, money laundering, sanctions evasion, malware distribution, service disruption, or any other unlawful or abusive activity.

Features, token-related information, timelines, eligibility requirements, and service availability may change. Jonanda does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every planned feature will be released exactly as described.

Jonanda names, branding, interfaces, text, graphics, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be copied or used without authorization except where expressly permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jonanda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or digital-asset losses arising from platform use, third-party services, blockchain activity, user error, or unauthorized wallet access.
