Risk Disclosure
Last updated: July 2026 — Read before participating.
Digital Asset Volatility
Digital assets including JNDA tokens can experience significant price fluctuations. The value of JNDA may increase or decrease substantially in short periods. You may lose the entire amount you invest. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose completely.
Presale Risk
Participating in a presale carries risks not present in purchasing established assets. The presale price does not guarantee any future market price. There is no assurance that a liquid market for JNDA will develop after the presale. Presale tokens may not be tradeable for an extended period after purchase.
Staking Risk
Staking JNDA locks your tokens for the selected period. During the lock period you cannot access your principal. Early withdrawal is not permitted on locked pools. Staking rewards are protocol-defined rates and not investment returns. The reward rate is not guaranteed to continue indefinitely.
Smart Contract Risk
All on-chain operations execute via smart contracts. Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities that could result in loss of funds. Jonanda Coin will commission an independent audit before mainnet deployment, but no audit guarantees the absence of all vulnerabilities.
Regulatory Risk
Digital assets are subject to changing regulation worldwide. Future regulation could restrict or prohibit the holding, trading, or use of JNDA tokens in your jurisdiction. Jonanda Coin cannot be held liable for regulatory changes that affect your ability to use the platform.
Technology Risk
Blockchain networks, wallet software, and internet infrastructure can experience outages, congestion, or failures. Jonanda Coin cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform or completion of transactions during such periods.
Liquidity Risk
There may be periods where it is difficult or impossible to sell JNDA tokens at a desired price. Low trading volume can cause significant price impact when buying or selling. Liquidity is not guaranteed.
Counterparty Risk
Using third-party services such as exchanges, wallet providers, or custodians introduces counterparty risk. Jonanda Coin is not responsible for losses caused by third-party failures.
How to Mitigate Risk
• Never invest more than you can afford to lose entirely.
• Use only hardware or software wallets you control (not exchange custody).
• Verify all contract addresses from official Jonanda Coin channels only.
• Never share your seed phrase or private keys with anyone.
• Be alert to phishing sites and impersonators claiming to be Jonanda Coin.
• Diversify — do not concentrate your entire portfolio in one asset.
